Website design, TYPO3 implementation, training for editors

The Red Noses Foundation carries out artistic and therapeutic activities, visiting hospitals, care homes and other facilities where people in need of emotional support are staying. Through the work of specially trained artists, known as ‘Clown Doctors’, the foundation aims to bring joy, smiles and hope to children and adults, helping them to cope with the difficulties associated with illness and hospitalisation.

Website design

Our task was to design a landing page and a donation module, which was implemented on the existing czerwonenoski.pl website. This project is a key addition to our TYPO3 portfolio, demonstrating how a CMS can support non-profit organisations in managing content and raising funds. Through this project, we have expanded our portfolio of TYPO3 projects, demonstrating the effective implementation of a donation module integrated with the PayU system.

Card payment module

We have created a dedicated donation module for the Czerwone Noski Foundation, which enables the processing of both recurring and one-off payments via the PayU payment gateway. This enables donors to support the foundation securely and conveniently, using the wide range of payment methods available via PayU, such as payment cards, bank transfers and BLIK. Integration with PayU ensures fast and seamless transaction processing, which is crucial for maintaining a steady flow of financial support for the foundation.

Our module is designed to make the donation process as intuitive and user-friendly as possible. It allows donors to select the donation amount, the payment frequency and to set up recurring donations on a permanent basis, which helps the foundation with budget planning and the implementation of long-term projects. By selecting the recurring payment option, donors can choose whether they wish to support the foundation monthly, quarterly or annually, and the automation of payments means they do not have to worry about making a payment each time.

In addition, we have developed an advanced payment export module, which allows system administrators to easily manage donor data and carry out a comprehensive analysis of transactions. Thanks to this functionality, it is possible to quickly generate financial reports, monitor incoming funds and manage donor contacts. It also makes it easier to run fundraising campaigns and maintain relationships with the foundation’s supporters.

All these elements work together to support the transparency and efficiency of the foundation’s operations. The module not only enables quick and secure donations but also supports day-to-day payment management, allowing the foundation to focus on its mission – bringing joy and support to children and adults during difficult times in their lives. Integration with PayU ensures that all transactions are processed in accordance with the highest security standards, which builds donors’ trust and encourages them to support the Czerwone Noski Foundation in the long term.

TYPO3 v12 Update

One of our agency’s tasks was to upgrade the TYPO3 CMS to version v12. The client wanted their platform to be well secured and compliant with the latest standards. We began the process with a detailed analysis of the project, which enabled us to identify potential risks and areas requiring improvement. Based on the audit, we drew up a list of recommendations covering not only the system update but also the optimisation of the website’s security and performance.

In the next stage, we implemented all our recommendations, ensuring that every change was tested and did not cause any disruption to the website’s operation. We also carried out a thorough fix of errors in dedicated plugins that had previously affected the website’s stability. Thanks to our efforts, the client’s platform now runs on the latest version of TYPO3, ensuring greater security and better technical support in the future.

The client can now rest assured that their website meets the highest security standards and is ready for future updates. We have optimised the platform’s performance, resulting in improved efficiency and a better user experience for both administrators and visitors. This project demonstrates that our agency is ready to take on the challenges involved in the comprehensive management of projects based on the TYPO3 CMS, whilst ensuring the security and stability of our clients’ platforms.

Training for editors

Following the successful upgrade of the TYPO3 CMS to version v12 and the rectification of errors in the dedicated plugins, our collaboration with the client has moved into the next phase. We are currently continuing to develop the platform, introducing new features that not only improve its performance but also enhance content editing and management capabilities. We constantly analyse the client’s needs in order to propose solutions best suited to their expectations and business strategy.

As part of our collaboration, we also provide ongoing training for the client’s team on using the TYPO3 CMS. We ensure that the platform’s administrators have a thorough understanding of the newly implemented features and are able to manage the website effectively on a day-to-day basis. The training covers both the basics of content management and more advanced features, such as creating and editing templates, user configuration and integration with external tools. Our aim is to enable the client to make full use of the system’s capabilities and manage their website efficiently without the need to engage additional technical resources.

We are currently working on further developing the platform by introducing integrations with analytics tools, which will enable the client to better monitor website traffic and analyse the effectiveness of individual sections of the site. We also plan to implement new modules that will facilitate the management of marketing campaigns and the optimisation of content for SEO. Our priority is to ensure that the platform not only meets current requirements but is also prepared for the client’s future needs and business growth.

Thanks to regular meetings and open communication with the client, we are able to respond promptly to any comments and suggestions, adapting our activities to changing circumstances. Our collaboration is based on a long-term partnership, within which we not only provide technical services but also support the client in their development and in achieving their business objectives. We believe that only through continuous improvement of the platform and appropriate training for the client’s team can we ensure complete satisfaction with the use of the TYPO3 CMS.

In the coming months, we plan to further expand the website’s functionality, including integration with new payment systems and the implementation of advanced content personalisation features. All these measures are aimed at making the platform more intuitive, flexible and tailored to the dynamically changing needs of the client and its users.
