Website design, TYPO3 implementation, training for editors

We are pleased to present the website for the new EKO-OPERATOR brand, part of the REMONDIS Polska group – specialists in recycling, services and water management. The website was built using the TYPO3 content management system and is another example of our work within our TYPO3 portfolio. This project is a successful TYPO3 implementation, demonstrating how the system’s advanced features can support the communication and image of emerging brands.

Our partnership with EKO-OPERATOR

Our collaboration with EKO-OPERATOR involved maintaining regular contact with the client and holding numerous project consultations.  The scope of our work involved designing a new website in accordance with the guidelines set out in the brief. The stages of work we undertook to ensure the collaboration ran smoothly and the final result was as good as possible are as follows:

1. Analysis of materials provided by the client

Brand Manual: Analysing the brand manual provided to ensure consistency with the visual identity of the EKO-OPERATOR and REMONDIS Polska brands. It was important that the logo, colours, typography and other graphic elements complied with the guidelines. REMONDIS
Polska website: Taking into account the appearance, structure and functionality of the REMONDIS Polska website to maintain group consistency, whilst emphasising the individual character of the new brand.

2. Designing graphic elements

We have designed icons, charts and tables in line with the EKO-OPERATOR brand identity. When implementing these graphic elements, we ensured that they were intuitive, visually appealing and helped users navigate the site and understand the content.
We have also developed and implemented animations which present key information about the deposit scheme in a dynamic and interactive way, thereby increasing user engagement.

3. Selection of photographs and content

We have selected appropriate images that tie in with the themes of ecology, recycling and the deposit-refund scheme, and are consistent with those provided to us by the client.
We have designed a suitable layout for the content provided, which will introduce the user to the company’s scope of activities in an accessible way.

4. Website structure and functionality

We have endeavoured to make the website clear and intuitive, with easy access to the most important information about EKO-OPERATOR’s activities. We have
implemented contact forms and tools to facilitate communication.
We have integrated the website with social media and added a newsletter subscription option to keep visitors up to date with the company’s activities.

5. SEO optimisation and responsiveness

We have made every effort to ensure that the website is fully responsive and optimised for various devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
We have ensured SEO optimisation so that the website ranks highly in search results, particularly in relation to recycling and the deposit-refund scheme.

6. Testing and implementation

Once the design work was complete, we carried out functionality tests (UX/UI) on various devices and browsers to ensure that the website was working correctly.
Following the final adjustments, the website was deployed and launched, and we now monitor it regularly to make any necessary corrections and updates.
Thanks to these efforts, the EKO-OPERATOR website is modern, intuitive and fully tailored to the needs of both the brand and its audience.
